LeRoy is a small rural community located just outside of Bloomington/Normal, IL. We provide ALS emergency service to the LeRoy Fire Protection District, Ellsworth Fire Protection District, and Octavia Fire Protection District. We also provide BLS non-emergency transports for McLean County. General Job Summary: We are looking for EMT basics to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide non-emergent basic care to patients, as well as other responsibilities to maintain the ambulance. Other duties include but are not limited to cleaning and maintain an ambulance, scheduling and other household chores.

LeRoy Emergency Ambulance Service, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for PRN Basics and Paramedics to join our growing team. LEAS is a non-for profit private ambulance company who provides Paramedic Emergency ambulance service in Le Roy and surrounding areas as well as Non-Emergency inter-facility transports for McLean County. We staff one full time emergency unit with a PRN Basic, Full time Paramedic and Driver. We also staff two full time transfer units with two basics. Our PRN Basics are utilized for our emergency unit, back up emergency calls, and transfer units. Some of them have regular shifts while others pick up as needed.
